Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using this website, which is operated by Positive People Location-2c, a Travel Agency, LLC (“us,” “we,” “our,” or “PPL-2c, a Travel Agency, LLC”). Your access to and use of this website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use this website. You agree to be bound by these Terms by accessing or using this website. You may not access or use this website if you disagree with the Terms.
Reservations can be made by visiting willieturner.inteletravel.com or email at positivepeoplelocation2c.site. Under TSA Secure Flight Program requirements, travelers must make reservations in the name listed on the government-issued document he or she will use for travel. Travelers must ensure their names are correctly listed on invoices and travel package documents. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, you will be responsible for any applicable name change fees.
Prices are correct at the time of publication; however, as airfares, aircraft availability, hotel rates, room availability, tour prices, and availability, ticket prices for events, vehicle type, and transfer availability continually fluctuate and add applicable surcharges, package prices and availability will change accordingly. In case of computer or human error, we reserve the right to re-invoice the customer for the correct price or service.
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Reservations, unless otherwise stated, will require a deposit. If applicable, the amount due and any monthly payment plans will be clearly outlined. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment is not received promptly.
Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing via email to positivepeoplelocation2c.site. This email should include your full name, travel date, and invoice/account/package number.
Any changes to an existing reservation, regardless of the reason, will incur a fee per person, and any charges from suppliers or vendors will be assessed when you request the changes. This policy applies to name changes and the addition or removal of services. You formally accept our Terms and Conditions by submitting a deposit or payment. Any violation of these terms will be considered a breach and may result in the forfeiture of all fees.
All payments to us are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy is because we have contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that do not allow us to obtain refunds. This policy lets us keep our package prices competitive and allows you to make monthly vacation payments.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they meet the entry requirements for foreign countries and that their travel documents, including passports and visas, are valid and compliant. We strongly encourage customers to review any travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by relevant governments before booking international travel.
To ensure that you receive your travel details and documentation, full payment must be made by the Final Payment due date. Once payment is received, you will receive your travel documents via email and/or mail no later than 21 days before your travel date. If you request paper documents instead of e-documents, they will be sent to you via USPS a
convenience fee will apply approximately 14 to 21 days before your trip. Please note that a physical address (not a P.O. Box) is required for delivery.
Unless stated otherwise, no one under 21 may attend our vacations. An adult must accompany all minors under 18 if children are allowed.
We cannot be held responsible for the services and policies set by the applicable airlines. Please note that airline schedules and flights are subject to change without notice. We are also not liable for any penalties incurred due to international or domestic tickets that we did not issue, resulting from changes in schedules or flights. *Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every trip.
Airline reservations made online are subject to review. If necessary, we may rebook these reservations to comply with minimum connecting time requirements or travel package itineraries. In such cases, we will notify the customer immediately.
Airlines have the right to require immediate ticket issuance when specific flights are heavily booked, even if standard ticketing rules do not mandate immediate ticketing. In such cases, we will need full payment of the airfare right away. This requirement precedes any agreed-upon invoice terms and conditions and payment due dates for any payment plans established with us.
If we do not receive full payment, the airline may cancel your seats, and you may be unable to rebook them on the same flights or airfare. Any additional travel arrangements and associated costs will be the traveler’s responsibility. We will strive to book flights with major carriers; however, there may be instances when discount carriers are used. Travelers will be informed in advance if this happens. ** Get protection by purchasing travel insurance.
Our profiles of hotels and cruise ships are created using information provided by our partners and their representatives, which includes images and descriptions of individual properties. We strive to keep this information current; however, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies, changes in descriptions or amenities, or images supplied by third parties.
Cruise itineraries and ships are subject to change without prior notice. Additionally, cruise ships may be chartered, and departure dates can be canceled. In such cases, all payments
will be refunded according to the applicable cruise line policy. We do not take responsibility for any ship substitutions or itinerary changes made by the cruise line, nor
are we liable for any losses you may incur, including costs related to airline tickets or visa fees.** Get protection by purchasing travel insurance.
Travel insurance is essential to consider before embarking on a trip. When planning your journey, you might ask yourself, “Should I buy travel insurance? Is it worth the cost?” The answer is yes; every day, travelers encounter unexpected events that can disrupt their plans, so it’s wise to be prepared. Travel insurance protects you while you are on the road. These plans can cover trip cancellations or interruptions due to illness, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, such as conflicts like jury duty, lost luggage, and medical coverage. Travelers with insurance will be reimbursed for any problems before or during their trip. Policies differ regarding domestic and international coverage and coverage for single or multiple trips. Additionally, not every plan offers the same benefits, so it’s important to research which option provides the best coverage for your trip.
PPL-2c, a Travel Agency, LLC, collaborates with all major insurance providers, including Allianz Global Partners, our preferred partner, to offer excellent insurance policies and competitive rates.

This includes payment of all amounts due and adherence to the supplier’s rules and restrictions regarding the availability and use of fees, products, or services.
Please remember that airfare is only guaranteed once the purchase is completed and the tickets are issued. Additionally, airlines and other travel suppliers may change their prices without notice.
You understand that some third-party providers offering certain services or activities may require you to sign a liability waiver before you can participate. You acknowledge that
violating any of the rules or restrictions set by these providers may result in the cancellation of your reservations, denial of access to the relevant travel products or services, forfeiture of any payments made for those reservations, and/or charges to your account for any costs incurred due to such violations.
